All tile sold is
subject to variations in shade and size from tile to tile, shipment, and from
samples. Such variations are an inherent characteristic of fired clay tile.
No
guarantees made against crazing. Crazing is an inherent characteristic in some
fired glazed tile.
There is a shipping and delivery charge on all tile orders.
The shipping and delivery charges will vary depending on the quantity of the
order. All shipping and deliveries are to Creative Habitats and it is the customer's
responsibility to pick up the tiles from Creative Habitats.
Customers have to pay a charge
of $35 on all paid checks that have been returned by customer’s bank for any
reason.
