Tile installation includes labor only.
Tiles, decorative items and grout supplied by client unless otherwise stated.
Price does not include supply or application of any sealers and enhancers.
Pricing may vary due to change of pattern, detail of design, installation of
smaller tiles, sub-floor condition.
Price includes installation over subfloor with wiremesh and thinset supplied by
Creative Habitats.
Mud-job, extra layer of plywood, any repairs, cement board, hardibacker, or any
other special considerations are not included in price.
Unit prices do not apply for small areas and repair work.
