Template and installation times are given in 2 hour windows. We are not responsible
for appointments (plumbing, electrical etc.) made on the day of template of installation
that conflicts with our obligation. We cannot predict how long either of these procedures
will take.
All countertops are sealed once upon installation. We suggest
you seal it at least
two more times before any heavy use. For proper care, your stone should be sealed
four times a year thereafter.
If there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, it should be at the site at the time of
installation so that it can be anchored to the stone. If not, a fee will be charged
for a service call to anchor dishwasher at a later date.
Soapstone requires application of mineral oil to enhance the characteristics of
the stone. We do not perform the initial application of mineral oil to soapstone;
this will be the customer's responsibility.
Only services listed on the invoice will be performed. Any additional work should
be discussed and will be added to your invoice.
