Fabrication Process |
Creative Habitats is a provider and fabricator of natural stone
products, namely Marble, Limestone, Granite, Soapstone and Slate.
Since natural stone is a product of nature, no two are the same.
Therefore, all slabs and tiles should be carefully reviewed and approved for
each project. Creative Habitats assumes no responsibility for any displeasure
with the natural characteristics of any natural stone product.
Procedures
A floorplan or sketch of the room's layout (with dimensions) is
required to provide an estimated cost on the project.
Upon approval and acceptance of the estimate, an
appointment will be made to template the area.
All cabinetry MUST be installed prior to the
template date in order for the templates to be accurate.

A 50% deposit of the total invoice is required at
the template appointment.
Slabs and tiles may be selected here at our warehouse or at any of our
affiliated stone yards. Slabs should be selected no mare than 1 week before
template date. Stone yards can only keep slabs on hold for limited amount of
time.
There is a 7 to 10 business day turn-around time
from template to installation, depending on scheduling. |
